Job summary

Circle Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026. This remote‑first internship includes three in‑person experiences: Miami, NY, and San Francisco, with mentorship and hands‑on exposure to digital assets, blockchain, and fintech infrastructure.

You’ll work with world‑class professionals across teams, gain practical experience, and contribute to projects that advance Circle’s mission. Compensation is an hourly base pay of $20.00.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Security, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Math, Law, Communications, Marketing).
• Demonstrates strong interest in technology, fintech, digital assets, blockchain and financial infrastructure.
• Shows curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new concepts and tools.
• Exhibits solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities and strong communication in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects within assigned team (e.g., Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Revenue, Security, Strategy, or Talent).
• Collaborate with mentors and cross‑functional partners to solve real business challenges.
• Attend team meetings, participate in sprint cycles, and support planning sessions.
• Research, prototype, and present findings or solutions related to your area.
• Help improve documentation, processes, and tools; learn and apply industry best practices.
• Demo your work to leaders and peers at the end of the program.

About the Intern Program

The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026. As a Circle intern, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the technologies and systems powering the future of global finance.

This is a remote‑first program with three in‑person experiences during the summer:

• Circle Forward Week (Miami, FL)
• New York HQ Week (Top of the One World Trade Center)
• Engineering Team Week (San Francisco, CA)

You’ll work alongside world‑class professionals, learn from technical mentors, and contribute to projects that impact Circle’s mission to raise global economic prosperity through the frictionless exchange of value.

What You’ll Work On

As a Summer Intern at Circle, you will:

• Contribute to impactful projects within your assigned team (e.g., Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Revenue, Security, Strategy and policy, or Talent).

• Work with mentors and cross‑functional partners to solve real business challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and sprint cycles (where applicable).
• Research, prototype, and present findings or solutions relevant to your area.
• Assist in improving documentation, processes, and tools.
• Learn and apply industry best practices related to your discipline.
• Demo your work at the end of the program to leaders and peers across Circle.

What You’ll Bring to Circle

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Law, Communications, Marketing, or related).
• Strong interest in technology, fintech, digital assets, blockchain, security, or financial infrastructure.
• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn new concepts and tools.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a distributed, collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments.
