Job summary

Ace Pipe Cleaning, a Carylon Corp. company, seeks an experienced CIPP Lining Tap Cutter Operator in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires extensive travel (75–90%) and hands-on operation of robotic tap cutting equipment inside lined sewer systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of reinstatement experience and holds CDL A or B with Tanker preferred. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 75–90% travel required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in lateral service reinstatements.
• Experience operating reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems.
• Must be able to operate and troubleshoot robotic tap cutting equipment.
• Valid CDL A/B with Tanker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control processing operations.
• Maintain records of operations (hourly data and abnormal conditions).
• Perform daily inspections and required preventative maintenance (greasing, tightening, filters).
• Clean equipment daily and participate in cleanup.
• Initiate emergency procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Document and report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Opportunities are available for experienced CIPP Sewer Lining Tap Cutters. Maintenance abilities are a must. Opportunities for travel. Typically work minimum of 40+ hours, 5 days per week.

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced CIPP Sewer Lining Tap Cutter Operator with the ability to be proficient in tap cutting as well as having the ability to maintain and troubleshoot the robotic tap cutting equipment. Candidates should have experience operating reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems.

$28-$35 hour (Negotiable based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be able to travel 75%-90% of the time.


• CDL A or B with Tanker is preferred


• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in lateral service reinstatements and be able to safely operate all equipment.


• Monitoring and controlling the processing operations.


• Maintaining records of operations such as hourly operating data and abnormal operation conditions.


• Performing daily inspections and required preventative equipment maintenance through daily greasing, tightening, and changing of filters.


• Cleaning equipment inside and outside daily and perform clean up


• Initiating emergency procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage to equipment.


• Document and report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions
