Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in pipelining, trenchless, or CIPP lining and ability to work with specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of the full CIPP and pipe lining process.
• Safety-focused with adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lb and performing demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, and oversee the deployment of CIPP liners using specialized equipment.
• Assist in operating curing equipment, robotic cutters and other trenchless tools.
• Conduct thorough inspections of pipeline conditions before and after installation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays and maintain quality.
• Install and assist with small-diameter pipeline construction.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of materials used, curing times, and inspections.
• Work closely with leads and team members for smooth execution.
• Play a key role in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation projects.
• Operate and tow company vehicles and trailers safely.
• Perform manual excavation and hand digging to support installations.
