Job summary

NRG in Princeton, NJ seeks a CIP Network Analyst to maintain secure enterprise networks and ensure CIP compliance. You will design segmentation, implement Fortinet-based security, and coordinate audits while serving as a SME for CIP hardware and architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating and maintaining next-gen firewalls (Fortinet preferred).
• 5+ years implementing and administering LAN/WAN networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement networks for secure, CIP-compliant operations and cyber security.
• Perform network segmentation to meet compliance goals.
• Coordinate site-specific tests and controls for CIP program requirements.
• Use FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM to monitor Fortinet infrastructure.
• Assist audits and act as SME on CIP hardware/software and architectures.
• Maintain CIP network policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Serve as CIP SME on architectures and cross-train team.
• Monitor perimeters for breaches and respond to incidents.
• Provide analysis and mitigation input for operational/compliance issues.
• Cross-train for backup CIP activities.
