The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experiencedCIP/COP IntegrationLeadto supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The CIP/COP Integration Lead serves as CACI’s senior operational integration manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and integrating the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operational Picture (COP) to enhancelogisticssituational awareness, operational synchronization, and command decision-making. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadershipin integrating operational,logistics, infrastructure, transportation, and mission support information into a unified operational environment that supportsdistributed operations.

The CIP/COP Integration Lead works closely with Government stakeholders, operational planners, intelligence personnel,logisticsteams, mission partners, and technical specialists to ensuretimelyinformation sharing, data integration, and operational visualization across multiple organizations. This position supports operational readiness by enabling real-time decision support, improving common operating picture accuracy, and enhancing mission execution through integrated data management and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead CIP/COP integration activities supportinglogisticsoperations,establishingpriorities, assigning work, and ensuring team performance aligns with program and Government mission requirements.
  • Direct the integration oflogistics, operational, infrastructure, transportation, and mission support data, ensuring assigned personnel execute integration activities accurately and on schedule.
  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve processes that enhance operational awareness, decision support, and team efficiency.
  • Manage synchronization of information sharing across Government, military, contractor, and mission partner organizations and resolve cross-functional coordination issues.
  • Oversee operational planning support through visualization and data integration, ensuring team deliverables meet quality, schedule, and mission requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate intelligence, operations, logistics, communications, and IT personnel supporting CIP/COP integration activities.
  • Establish performance standards and quality controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, andtimelydissemination of operational information.
  • Manage team monitoring of operational activities and direct COP updates in response to changing mission requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.
  • Lead preparation and delivery of command briefings, operational updates, executive decision-support products, and status reporting to senior Government and CACI leadership.
  • Oversee integration of commercial and Government information systems supporting operational visibility and ensure technical activitiesremainaligned with programobjectives.
  • Identifyinformation gaps, operational risks, staffing or resource constraints, and performance issues; assign corrective actions and elevate significant issues to program leadership asrequired.
  • Supervise and develop multidisciplinary personnel supporting CIP/COP integration activities, including workload assignment, coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Direct development, implementation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures, information management processes, work instructions, and team operating standards.
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned, operational assessments, performance metrics, and corrective-action tracking.
  • Ensure team compliance with Government information security, operational reporting, contractual, quality, and program management requirements;maintainaccountability for assigned deliverables and results.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting militarylogistics, operations, information management, or command and control environments.
  • Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
  • Experience integrating operational information, data visualization, or common operating picture capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership.
Desired:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Military Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting operational command and control, knowledge management, or information integration activities.
  • Experience utilizingcommon operationalpicture, GIS,logisticsinformation systems, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration and visualization tools.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Security+, or equivalent are preferred. ****

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,700 - $135,700
