Job summary

Orange Strategy is expanding its creative network and seeks talented project-based videographers to support upcoming client work across Louisiana and surrounding areas. This freelance role offers flexible contracts and opportunities to work on brand stories, leadership events, interviews, social content, corporate productions, and community initiatives.

Selected freelancers may be invited to a paid audition in August to demonstrate storytelling abilities in a live production setting.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and professional event coverage.
Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera systems.
Ability to capture clean audio and work confidently in live event environments.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Professional, client-friendly demeanor.
Ability to take creative direction while also anticipating meaningful moments to capture.
Access to professional camera equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video for client projects, including events, interviews, brand stories, and promotional content.
Set up and manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio as needed.
Work collaboratively with Orange Strategy's creative team and project leads.
Capture compelling moments while following creative direction.
Maintain professional interactions with clients and event attendees.
Deliver organized footage following project specifications.
Travel to client locations as needed.
