AMC Theatres is hiring a bartender to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced cinema environment. You’ll learn bartending basics through AMC training, mix drinks, and help guests enjoy their movie experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking IDs, stocking the bar, and maintaining a clean, safe space while adhering to wardrobe and policy standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bartender experience is appreciated but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Will be trained and certified as needed by AMC.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and serve drinks to enhance the movie experience.
• Learn bartending basics through provided training and pour drinks accurately.
• Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests.
• Check IDs and ensure service to guests 21+ only, per laws.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked for the next guest.
• Open the bar at start of day and close at night, organizing the space as you’d like to find it.
• Follow safety instructions for cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all guests.
• Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 standards and company policies.
