Qualifications

• Comfortable at the kitchen table; this is a relationship sale, not a scripted approach.

• Bonus: prior self-sourcing in a referral-driven market.

Responsibilities

• Run 3–5 in-home estimates per day from the booked calendar.
• Hold a 35%+ close rate on company-provided leads, 50%+ on self-gen referrals.
• Self-source through neighborhood follow-ups, referral asks, and drop-bys on completed jobs.
• Own the relationship from discovery through install handoff to subcontractor team.
