Responsibilities include developing study plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessment, and ensuring inspection-ready trial master files.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for clinical trials from Phase I–III
• Establish relationships with CROs and vendors
• Ensure inspection-ready trial master file throughout the trial
• Develop study plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Lead study and project team meetings; document actions and decisions
• Coordinate on-site/virtual site qualification, initiation, co-monitoring, and close-out visits with CROs
• Contribute to program-level strategy, timeline development, and trial design
• Support study drug supply forecasting and inventory management
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to meet regulatory submission timepoints
• Prepare regulatory documents (IND, DSUR) as assigned
• Interface with Portfolio Management, Business Development, and Finance Leads to manage assets effectively
