Ciklum is looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Cloud Network Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the IBS.

IBS needs Cloud Network engineers to work together with IBS existing team members and support in onboarding new clients of IBS, 90% work will be on AWS.

Responsibilities

Common activities and preliminary scope of work:

1. Setup and configure network connectivity and security – site-to-site connection IBS infrastructure and client on-prem infrastructure
2. VPC
3. ACL rules
4. SSL, Firewalls, Load balancing, gateways

Work with:

1. Hybrid cloud
2. AWS
3. Palo Alto Networks

Delivery methodology: Kanban + daily meetings and planning. Cloud engineering manager (on IBS side) will be product owner and will facilitate the process of delivery.

Requirements

Necessary skills:

1. Knowledge in Network protocols and approaches (e.g. hybrid cloud (public cloud+on-prem), firewalls, load balancing, etc.)
2. Good knowledge and experience with AWS (services for setup and configuration networking, e.g. VPC, IAM, ELB, S3, etc.)
3. Experience with F5 Networks load balancer, CloudFlare
4. Experience with Terraform
5. Experience with Palo Alto Networks

Desirable:

1. Certification on AWS
2. Experience with AWS Route53, AWS CloudFront
