Job summary

2 Towns Ciderhouse is looking for a Taproom Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and act as a brand ambassador in our taproom. You will develop knowledge of our beverages and educate guests about styles, prices, and ingredients.

Shifts are Thursday to Sunday with 15–30 hours weekly, and schedules rotate based on company needs. Compensation is $15.55 per hour plus tips, with benefits including PTO, sick leave, swag, cider allotments, 401(k) matching, and boot allowances.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current Oregon Alcohol Servers Permit.
• Current Oregon Food Handler’s Card.
• Extremely flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience
• Be an effective brand ambassador by managing guest satisfaction and overall Taproom visitor experience
• Develop an intimate knowledge of 2 Towns beverages and pro-actively expand on craft alcohol education knowledge (menu items, prices, styles & ingredients)
• Assist with facilitation of private and occasional off-site events, including set up, take down, execution
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the taproom at all times
• Handling cash and processing transactions through a point-of-sale system
