Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in renewable energy
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical standards
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience using testing equipment (multimeters, amp clamps, megohmmeters)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety and adherence to policies
• Ability to work independently and on a team in outdoor/construction sites
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to flexible schedule including overtime/weekends

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and relevant codes (NEC, local, and company standards).
• Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, terminating, and testing of electrical circuits.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
