Future Technologies, Inc. is looking for a CIAT/RCT Operator to join our team in the U.S. King George area.

The role leverages Navy combat information systems and requires a Secret clearance. You will operate from virtualized environments, train on combat capabilities, and support waterfront training events with emphasis on CIC scenario execution. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of CIC or air crewman experience and Navy EWS/NFO qualifications.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of Shipboard Combat Information Center Watch station or Air Crewman experience.
• Desired experience in one of the following: ASTAC or LAMPS air crewman; AIC watchstander; TIC or TDC watchstander; sea combat commander watch stander or maritime patrol aircraft air crewman.
• Experience as Naval Flight Officer with Tactical Data Link (Link 11/16), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Air Intercept Controller (AIC), Weapons Tactics Instructor, and Mission Commander.

• Utilize Tactical code running on virtualized machines.
• Provide fidelity to train all required Combat System capabilities.
• Support basic phase training events at the waterfront but can accommodate a wide range of training events.

• Must be able to learn Next Generation Simulation (NGS) system and interfaces to effectively run and operate CIC scenarios.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of Shipboard Combat Information Center Watch station or Air Crewman experience.
• Active Secret security clearance
• Desired experience in one of the following:
  • as a qualified ASTAC or Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System (LAMPS) air crewman.
  • as a qualified AIC watchstander
  • as a qualified TIC or Tactical Data Coordinator (TDC) watchstander.
  • experience with qualified sea combat commander watch stander or maritime patrol aircraft air crewman.
• experience as a Naval Flight Officer with Tactical Data Link (Link 11/16), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Air Intercept Controller (AIC), Weapons Tactics Instructor, and Mission Commander.

The anticipated salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.
