Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to join our CIAM practice in the United States. You will configure and maintain authentication journeys, identity workflows, and security policies using Ping Identity and related tools.

The role emphasizes REST APIs, YAML, and Terraform within Agile teams, with opportunities to work on enterprise-grade identity services across client projects. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IAM/CIAM or security engineering.
• Experience with Ping Identity or similar IAM platform.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and authentication concepts.
• Experience configuring MFA, passwordless, and identity journeys.
• Knowledge of SSO, session management, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, YAML and Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

The project focuses on implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade identity services, including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, identity journeys, and policy management using Ping Identity solutions.

Requirements
