Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team in the Northern Virginia area seeks a CI Team Lead to guide a contractor team delivering IT operations and counterintelligence mission support for a government customer. A current Top Secret/SCI clearance and strong IT project management background are required.

You will coordinate milestones, brief leadership, and ensure technical execution while maintaining a mission-focused approach.

Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
• Requires 4+ years of experience managing projects providing IT O&M support and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience providing technical materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience
• High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and direct the execution of the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
• Be the primary interface customer(s) on technical and project issues. Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field

High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of experience
