Tria Federal is seeking an experienced CI Operations IT Manager (Journeyman) to support the DIA in Reston, VA. The role focuses on enabling functional management IT requirements, CI/CD pipelines, and secure mission-critical systems within a DoD/IC context.
You will engage stakeholders, document FRDs, manage backlogs, and coordinate with developers, security, and operations teams to ensure performance and resilience across CI mission capabilities.

Perform as aCI Operations IT Manager (Journeyman)supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Directorate for Operations (DO) Enterprise Technology Office (ETO) in Reston, VA. Support enterprise-level IT solutions enabling Counterintelligence (CI) functional management, enterprise coordination and deconfliction, requirements management, and performance assessment. This position is contingent upon award and expected to start ~30SEP2026.
