Qualifications

• Pursuing a manufacturing-relevant four-year degree (IE/ME/Industrial Technology).
• Intership or co-op experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work with production teams and follow through on actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and shop-floor improvement initiatives.
• Assist Lean projects from observation to implementation.
• Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop standard work instructions and visual documentation.
