Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as process SME for assigned manufacturing processes and understand flow, capability, constraints, and risks.
• Lead efforts to bring processes into statistical control using standard work, control plans, SPC, and visual management.
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve problems and improve performance.
• Lead Lean culture initiatives and coach teams on Lean practices.
