Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is expanding its North Carolina manufacturing footprint and seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement and 5S leader. You will champion standard work, safety and quality across the manufacturing network, delivering training and coaching to operators and engineers.

The role requires experience with CI/5S, cGMP practices, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce waste and improve reliability. An emphasis on coaching and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI and 5S initiatives.
• Lean certification preferred.
• Strong cGMP manufacturing ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI and 5S governance with KPI tracking.
• Coach teams on standard work and visual management.
• Coordinate batch planning and PM imports/schedules.
• Support change management records and CAPAs.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance in manufacturing.
