Job summary

Brown Missionary Baptist Church seeks a dedicated security associate to help provide a safe worship environment and serve as the primary response team for emergencies. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, at least 3 years in security, and an armed security license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a security program.
• Armed Security License required by law.
• LC: DLD-TN or DLD-ARK or DLD-MISS or DLD-RESIDE. MV.

Responsibilities

• Secure Brown Missionary Church premises, including buildings, senior housing, and parking lots.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols; control access points; secure equipment; respond to emergencies.
• Greet, assist and direct members, staff, visitors, and students of the public.
• Perform shift handover procedures to ensure continuity of service and incident management.
• Create complete, accurate incident reports and take appropriate action.
• Carry out all security duties including internal and external patrols.
