The Shift Leader serves as the on-duty restaurant leader, ensuring team members are properly trained, supported, and motivated to deliver outstanding guest service. This role oversees shift operations, food quality, safety, and cleanliness while enforcing company policies and leading by example.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
