Job summary

SitterTree is seeking reliable child care providers in the Shelbyville–Indianapolis area to work in church nursery or Children's Ministry during services and events. Most opportunities are on Sundays, with Sundays mornings the primary focus, and additional slots on Saturdays and weekdays.

Work is logistics-driven through the SitterTree app, letting you choose when and where you work, and you’ll typically earn between $20–$25+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
• Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in nursery or Children's Ministry during service times.
• Work Sundays (mainly) with additional opportunities on Saturdays and weekdays.
• Schedule your own hours and locations via the SitterTree app.
• Get paid within 24 hours through the app.
