New Holland Church Furniture, New Holland, Pennsylvania, is seeking dependable, hardworking Church Furniture Manufacturing & Loading Dock Associates to join our team. This role supports the production of handcrafted church furniture and the safe handling of finished goods for delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, woodworking, construction, furniture production, or material handling is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move furniture and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of custom church furniture and architectural woodwork.
• Perform a variety of hands‑on tasks throughout the production process.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and woodworking equipment after proper training.
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Inspect work for quality and workmanship throughout the production process.
• Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Prepare completed furniture and components for shipment and delivery.
• Safely load and unload furniture, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with wrapping, securing, and protecting finished furniture for transportation.
• Organize materials and finished products in designated storage and staging areas.
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain an organized and safe loading dock and warehouse area.
• Help prepare orders for delivery and installation.
