• Maintain climate control within the building.
• Develop knowledge of upkeep tasks and vendor use.
• Understand needs of building users, especially for large events.
• Ensure timely completion of facilities work tickets.
• Attend meetings and join as required.
• Collaborate with Environments Department on property needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
