Job summary

Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring a full-time Facilities/Janitorial team member to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for weekend services, events, and ministry activities. You will prepare buildings, perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and follow safety protocols while supporting a faith-guided culture that values service, teamwork and a positive attitude.

This role reports to the Director of Facilities and requires lifting up to 30 pounds and flexibility to open or close

Qualifications

• Christ follower aligned with church beliefs.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including opening or closing shifts.
• Experience in housekeeping functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure event areas are cleaned before and after events.
• Prepare building for Weekend Experience and ministry events.
• Provide janitorial services per established standards, including restrooms.
• Follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Remove trash and replenish restroom supplies.
