Job summary

Indian Rocks Church is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support our communication strategy by coordinating content, managing channels, and ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with ministry and creative teams, oversee content calendars, update the website and newsletters, and produce print and digital materials that engage the congregation and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a similar field and 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to create professional-quality materials.
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly and ongoing communication needs across Indian Rocks Church and translate information into clear messaging.
• Develop and schedule content for email, website, print, announcements, and other channels while maintaining calendars.
• Coordinate updates to the church website, digital platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns; ensure accuracy and consistency.
