A global healthcare company is seeking a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative in Hartford, Connecticut. This role requires managing relationships with healthcare customers and executing territory-level business plans. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have a track record in sales, particularly in healthcare. As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, integrated delivery system leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver seamless, patient‑focused solutions.
This field‑based sales role is responsible for covering a specific territory. Travel is about 25% of the time to support client meetings and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Your core responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with specialty health care customers, including cardiologists, physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and office managers. You will engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics to execute your responsibilities.
This position’s band level will be evaluated based on candidate’s qualifications.
Salary range: $104,200 – $163,900. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
