2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Chromebook Sales Specialist for Best Buy Annapolis, MD. The role focuses on exciting customers about Chromebooks, maintaining displays, and driving sales in a busy retail environment.

You will train staff, analyze trends, manage inventory with logistics, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of G-suite.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
