Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Chromebook Sales Specialist to drive consumer interest at Best Buy in Warwick, RI. You will promote Chromebooks, assist customers with purchases, and train retail staff to effectively communicate benefits.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay with weekly pay and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally retail.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
