2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a full-time Chromebook Brand Sales Specialist for the Best Buy location in Plantation, FL. You will engage customers, promote Chromebook benefits, and maintain product displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building with store staff, and identifying sales opportunities. Prior retail sales experience is preferred, with a focus on communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment
