2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Sales Specialist to represent Chromebook at our Best Buy location in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on promoting Chromebook, delivering excellent customer service, and building relationships with store staff and managers.

The ideal candidate has energy and strong communication skills, with 2+ years in sales. Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, pay $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits available in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
