2020 Companies is hiring a Chromebook Sales Specialist to represent Chromebook at Best Buy in Soquel, CA. You will help customers discover the benefits of Chromebooks and promote featured devices in a retail setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, with strong communication and customer service skills. No extensive sales background required; training will cover products, promotions, and messaging, with opportunities to grow in leadership and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote Chromebook to excite customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and assist customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
