Job summary

Holiday Light Installations in Paramount, CA seeks a capable Christmas Light Lead Installer to supervise a small crew, coordinate daily tasks, and deliver stunning residential and commercial displays throughout the season.

You will install, hang, and secure lights and décor, ensure safety standards and quality guidelines, troubleshoot electrical issues, and communicate clearly with customers on-site, from setup to takedown, while keeping operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in holiday light installation, landscaping, roofing, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a small crew.
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage and LED lighting systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays.
