The Salvation Army is seeking a Christmas Kettle Program Assistant in Spokane, WA to support kettle operations, data entry, and daily records. You will help hire and set up kettle workers, manage time cards, and ensure timely deposits while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. A valid WA driver’s license is required.

SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Christmas Kettle Program Assistant will provide support for the Christmas Kettle Program. Duties will include scheduling and monitoring Kettle Operations, Kettle data entry, required record keeping, and other duties to augment the Kettle Program Coordinator as needed. This position will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines.
