Accor’s Princess property seeks a Seasonal Server for the Halloween through post-holiday season period. Position runs October 31 through January 10, with emphasis on professional, friendly and engaging service and thorough knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.

Candidate should hold Arizona Liquor Server and Food Handlers Certifications, and may have POS experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak event periods is required.

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
