Mentoring Alliance After School seeks ministry-minded individuals to lead enrichment activities for elementary students. This part-time role (non-exempt) is 17–20 hours weekly with a Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule and requires CPR/First Aid certification and a background check.
Candidates should align with the organization's faith-based mission, bring a passion for youth development, and ideally speak Spanish. A valid US work status and transportation are expected.
