Qualifications

Proficient at engaging with student athletes and families.
Understand Christian education and a biblical view of athletics.
Able to establish cooperative working relationships.
Positive, energetic, and approachable.
Punctual and reliable.
Excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues.
Proficient in technology.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and implement an athletic program.
Guide and encourage students to develop and fulfill their potential as athletes.
Disciple students in daily walk with Christ.
Coaching is performed under supervision of campus-level athletic coordinator/director.
