Lititz Christian School in Lititz, PA, is seeking an accomplished ELC Director to oversee the Early Learning Center for children from 6 weeks to prekindergarten. You will lead teachers and support staff, ensure safety, and implement developmentally appropriate, faith-based programs in alignment with our mission.

The role includes staff hiring and evaluation, curriculum oversight, family engagement, budget management, and collaboration with school leadership to connect the ELC with the wider

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Special Education or Human Services.
• Prior administrative experience in an early childhood center, school, or faith-based setting.
• Working knowledge of childcare management software (e.g., Brightwheel).
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania DHS licensing requirements and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Alignment with Lititz Christian Early Learning Center mission and faith-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the staff, ensuring alignment with the center's mission, values, and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and facility management.
• Ensuring PA certification licensing standards are met and managing the accreditation process for the center (ACSI and Keystone STARS).
• Keep staffing regulations and files up to date, including clearances, training, and yearly reviews.
• Conducting tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where staff feel supported, valued, and motivated to excel.
