Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess good communication and teamwork skills. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of The Salvation Army mission and culture.
• Possess (or able to obtain) certifications in lifeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide recreational opportunities to guests in a Christian camp.
• Lead and supervise activity staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
