The Mentoring Alliance seeks Christian-minded individuals to join our after-school team as a part-time Christian After School Counselor. This role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities and serving as a role model in a ministry setting.
The position is non-exempt and averages 17-20 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule during the school year.
