Job summary

Battlefield FCA is seeking a Program Director of Clubs to lead a Christ-centered sport community. You will oversee operations, partnerships and ministry-aligned program growth across clubs, balancing athletic excellence with spiritual development while engaging coaches, athletes and families.

You will build outreach, manage facilities, coordinate events and train staff, ensuring compliance with governing bodies and FCA standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in sport programs or ministry-based clubs.
• Ability to integrate sports management with faith-based goals.
• Strong project and relationship management with volunteers, coaches and partners.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill FCA administration requirements for registration, certification, coaches qualification, financial stewardship and training.
• Register Clubs in VIP and ensure training and implementation of the Club Management System (Sports Connect).
• Assist Coach and Volunteer Onboarding using the VIP and manage financial operations related to the Clubs.
• Organize and manage games and tournaments, including entry and hosting; coordinate procurement and distribution of uniforms and equipment.
• Secure facilities for training and competition; order uniforms and coaches gear; ensure staff stay current with governing bodies.
• Develop calendars with tryouts, training dates, competition dates, camps and ministry opportunities.
• Train coaches, supervise try-outs, practices and games; focus on parent communication and ministry.
• Develop relationships with governing bodies and other Clubs; engage them with the Gospel; provide resources to athletes.
