The Milwaukee Rescue Mission's Cross Trainers Academy seeks a Christ-centered Elementary School Principal to lead the K4–5th grade with a strong spiritual focus and a commitment to gospel-centered education in Milwaukee. You will mentor teachers, supervise staff, and partner with families to promote academic excellence and character development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or applicable field required; Master’s preferred.
• Current DPI administrator license or pursuing within 3 years.
• 7+ years in education with 2 years in school administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, instructional coaching, and collaboration with parents.
• Commitment to Christian faith and urban ministry environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and presence in assigned grade levels.
• Lead staff meetings, devotionals, and parent meetings.
• Oversee elementary faculty, staff, volunteers, and scheduling.
• Ensure academic excellence and monitor school performance goals.
• Support PaFE and engagement with families.
• Promote a Christ-centered culture and Gospel-based instruction.
• Hire and supervise staff for elementary grades K4–5th.
