Job summary

FPDS is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) to join our Director and teaching staff in caring for our youngest students.

The Early Childhood Teacher, under the direction of the Early Childhood Director, is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early childhood development for children in Early Childhood (birth - 2 years old), while creating a positive, Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with children preferred in school or childcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate with parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for birth to two-year-olds.
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Integrate Bible stories, prayer, and Christian principles daily.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and needs.
• Support chapel services, field trips, and school events.
