Qualifications

• Faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with GRACE Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Plan and deliver instruction across core subjects with a biblical worldview.
• Assess student progress using formative and summative tools; differentiate as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding progress and classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment.
• Adhere to school policies and employee handbook; confidentiality and professionalism.
• Supervise students and school activities as assigned.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and administration to support student success.
