Job summary

Chop Tree Service is seeking an experienced Tree Trimmer Foreman to lead crews in vegetation construction and right-of-way tree operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work for our utility and municipal partners.

The Foreman will manage crew performance, coordinate with supervisors and clients, and promote safe work practices while maintaining schedules and productivity on Midwest utility projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in utility line clearance and vegetation management.
• Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe tree climbing, rigging, and equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional work standards.
