Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate Company in Paradise, NV is hiring a Restaurant/Retail Associate to perform both restaurant and retail duties. You will merchandise, stock, and provide excellent guest service while selling our premium chocolate.

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma preferred; previous retail experience is desirable. Be energetic, reliable, and willing to work nights and weekends as needed; shifts may include prep/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities essential for guest service.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
• Team collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Effective time management and reliability are expected.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and provide superior guest service.
• Experience with dishwashing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service
• Handle cash and credit transactions per Company Procedures
• Assist in merchandising and stock replenishment
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and back stock areas
• Keep product knowledge up to date and assist guests with upsell
• Gift-wrap items as needed and follow safety guidelines
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitary conditions
