You will handle customer service, sales, and register duties; stock and merchandise displays; support training; and help the store hit sales goals while following merchandising and safety standards. The role includes training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Detail-oriented with keen attention to quality.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and a welcoming environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals including product-finishing projects.
• Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Follow merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Support store managers with visual merchandising and store-related projects.
