Job summary

Läderach Store Associate in Minneapolis is a brand ambassador who delivers an outstanding shopping experience and supports the in-house team with sales and service.

You will assist with product finishing, merchandising, stock, and in-store projects while upholding food safety standards and building lasting customer relationships.

A minimum of 1 year in retail, strong communication, reliability, and a chocolate passion are required; a vibrant, flexible and team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support in-house team.
• Assist with training and helping store associates to meet production goals, including product finishing.
• Execute product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations and upselling.
