Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Production Lead to champion the Russell Stover brand by overseeing the chocolate production process from start to finish, ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

You will train and support team members, maintain GMP compliance, use SAP to keep accurate records, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a climate-controlled plant.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand product specs and equipment instructions.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to train and guide a diverse manufacturing team.
• Excellent communication and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a production area, line, or team per supervisor instructions.
• Communicate tasks and delegate work to team members.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely following GMP and SOPs.
• Maintain production records and monitor quality and throughput.
• Perform cleanup and keep work areas compliant with food safety standards.
• Complete FSQA training and report food safety hazards promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and food safety culture.
