Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Wellington, FL is seeking a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic to deliver high-quality routine care in a convenient retail clinic. You will adjust the spine and joints, review patient histories, educate patients on treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.

Availability Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–4pm is required. You will join a franchisee-owned clinic within The Joint network, benefiting from company-paid malpractice insurance, PTO, and bonus potential

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.
